The PC100 is perfect for pallet manufacturers of all sizes including manufacturing facilities looking to bring pallet and crating operations in-house. This 18" upcut saw is also a great fit for small to medium size sawmills, kiln operations, concentration yards, and lumber distributors looking to uniformly size hardwood grade lumber and framing lumber before packing into units for sale and shipment. 

Quickly and safely crosscut boards from 1" x 13" up to 4" x 9" with the US Made Wood-Mizer PC100 upcut saw! This saw is available in left or right-side blade options, allowing it to easily be inserted into your existing production process or configured for your preferred workflow.  The PC100 is available in 230/3Ø, 460/3Ø. and 240/1Ø 10hp power options and utilizes a NEMA Premium Efficiency motor to minimize life-cycle power consumption costs. The single-phase option is a great solution for small to medium size pallet manufacturers where three-phase power may not be available.

The PC100 also features convenient center material loading due to a uniquely designed, segmented blade guard which simultaneously covers the blade and clamps the material to the table. The cutting cycle is activated using the dual pushbutton controls, automatically activating the blade guard, which automatically lowers and covers the front and sides of the blade. Competitor's upcut saws with a fixed blade guard only allow material loading from the left or right side reduce both visibility and productivity, which makes processing longer material more difficult and time consuming.

Independent upstroke and downstroke speed is pneumatically controlled, allowing the speed to be set to match your application - faster for pallet and crating applications / slower for cabinet shops and cleaner crosscuts. Top and bottom replaceable kerf inserts minimize chipping and blowout. An onboard pneumatic regulator and integral blowgun for cleanup reduce installation costs.

Additional features include up to 20 cut cycles per minute, optional infeed/outfeed tables, optional flip stops, optional gang stop, optional blades, and more. Designed with a Safety-First mindset, the Wood-Mizer PC100 includes many standard safety features that are optional on competing saws. Safety features include dual pushbutton controls, mushroom-head emergency stop pushbutton, and limit switches on all access panels which prevent operation if access panels are removed. 

The PC100 includes a 4" diameter dust collection port and requires a minimum of 600 cfm for efficient dust collection. An optional dust chute is available and required for applications where ferrous metals may be encountered. 

A shipping bracket is included to allow placement of the saw by forklift or crane.
