These terms and conditions apply to the viewing and purchasing/ sale of products at www.northernwoodsmen.com (the “site”) or directly from Northern Woodsmen LLC. By viewing this site, placing an order, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by and accept these terms and conditions.
Ownership of Materials, Trademarks, and Copyright
The information contained within this website, including all images, designs, photographs, text and other materials, (the “contents”) are copyrighted, trademarked, or are other form of intellectual property owned or licensed by Northern Woodsmen LLC, its approved suppliers and/ or its affiliates and are the property of their respective owners. The contents of this site may not be copied, republished, downloaded, transmitted, mirrored, or reproduced without the prior written permission of Northern Woodsmen LLC or the applicable copyright owner.
Limitation of Liability
Northern Woodsmen LLC will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of business, or other economic damages. Northern Woodsmen LLC is not responsible for delivery delays arising from any circumstances beyond its control. Northern Woodsmen LLC’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for any products purchased through this site.
Pricing and Specifications
All information regarding pricing, products specifications, and services is subject to change. Northern Woodsmen LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing and products for reasons including, but not limited to, promotions, changing market conditions, discontinuation, unavailability, manufacturer price changes, and errors in advertisements. Prices listed are net and do not include shipping charges, handling fees, taxes and/or duties or special crating requirements for export shipment unless specifically noted and/or available as an option during checkout. Those customers who claim exemption from taxes or duties are responsible for providing Northern Woodsmen LLC with the necessary documentation at the time of purchase or taxes will be added to their order. Northern Woodsmen LLC strives to maintain prices at the lowest level. Occasionally, prices change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping
Most products are shipped F.O.B. point of origin from Northern Woodsmen LLC’s warehouse to your location. FedEx, UPS, and USPS are used whenever possible. All shipping charges are prepaid by Northern Woodsmen LLC and added to the customer’s invoice. Shipping dates provided online are estimates provided by the selected carrier. The standard policy of Northern Woodsmen LLC is to ship the next business day following receipt of an order. Should your order exceed FedEx, UPS, or USPS size or weight limits, Northern Woodsmen LLC will provide LTL or flatbed service by means of written quotation. These options are not currently available through the e-commerce platform. Any additional charges for services requested by the customer, including but not limited to inside delivery, residential delivery, lift-gate service, and/or pre-delivery notification must be paid by the customer.

Warranties
Customers acknowledge that Northern Woodsmen LLC is not the manufacturer of any of the products purchased hereunder. Any product warranty is derived solely from the respective manufacturer. Northern Woodsmen LLC will pass through to customers any applicable warranties of the manufacturer to the extent permissible and perform warranty repairs on behalf of the manufacturer when authorized. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Northern Woodsmen LLC's liability is limited to the replacement value of the products purchased from this site. Northern Woodsmen LLC hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied, related to products, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or warranty of noninfringement. This disclaimer does not affect the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty, if any.
Clearance
ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS LISTED UNDER THE CATEGORY DEALS AND STEALS ARE NON-RETURNABLE including overstock items, discontinued items, repackaged items, and items we deem as defective, seconds, or less that suitable for sale a full retail price. Defective and seconds refers to cosmetic and/ or functional deficiencies.
Payment Terms
All purchases and returns through the site are processed in US dollars. Northern Woodsmen LLC accepts credit card payments via a secure checkout portal. Transactions for customers with established Northern Woodsmen LLC accounts and approved commercial credit are handled aside from this site by means of a formal quote and invoice process and may offer additional payment options including accounts with net terms, free ACH transfers, and commercial equipment leasing plans. COD is only available for those orders picked up at Northern Woodsmen LLC’s Burlington, WI warehouse.
Pricing of products on this site is in US dollars and does not require any form of membership fees, auctioning, contractual obligation, minimum or additional purchase requirements, payment schemes, or undisclosed payment obligations.
Applicable Law
Northern Woodsmen LLC maintains this site from our offices within the State of Wisconsin, United States of America. By accessing this site, you agree that the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflicts of laws principles, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this site and the purchase of products available through this site. Any litigation will be brought exclusively in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin and customer consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal and State Courts located therein, submits to the jurisdiction thereof, and waives the right to change venue.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you, the customer, and Northern Woodsmen LLC concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings of the parties with respect thereto, including any oral statements made by Northern Woodsmen LLC representatives or any alternate terms supplied by you to Northern Woodsmen LLC unless otherwise agreed to by Northern Woodsmen LLC in writing. To the extent that anything in or associated with the site is in conflict or inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall take precedence.
