Remet F2 series flail mowers are engineered for heavy use with 60-120hp utility and row crop class tractors. They require tractors with a Category 2 three-point hitch and one set of auxiliary hydraulic ports. The F2-175 with 15.75" side shift makes mowing large areas of tall grass or brush easy and productive. The side shift allows for mowing near fence lines, in orchards between trees, and close to other obstructions. Heavy-duty hammer cutters chop through woody materials and swing out of the way if you accidently hit a rock or other hard debris. The hammers also provide mulching action, helping to break up tall material. Heavy steel construction provides rigidity and durability. Remet F2 series mowers have a single-sided drive system (multi-belt transmission) protected by thick steel covers. The F2-200P is also equipped with adjustable skids to control the cutting height.

F2 series mowers have electronically balanced rotors. The rotors have replaceable screwed pins that are mounted on heavy series spherical roller bearings with seals and covers housed in steel casings.
