To dismantle approximately 400 pallets per 8-hour shift with one operator. This model can dismantle block pallets, stringer pallets, specialty pallets, skids, and crate panels.
Features high-torque and low RPMs, the expected blade life is up to 1,500 dismantled pallet cores with a blade speed of 2,200 fpm - nearly double the blade life of competitive pallet dismantling saws.
Power options include a 10hp NEMA Premium Efficiency electric motor or a 19hp twin-cylinder gas engine. Other options include rear or center table drop, front or rear board catch, and a trailer package to move your dismantler between worksites.
Mechanical blade tensioning ensures proper blade tension at all times. Two removable wheel cabinets allow for easy access to the two 27” bias ply tires and blade guide assemblies for maintenance and blade changes.
