Remet FMS series flail mowers are engineered for heavy use and are compatible with Category 1 and 2 three-point hitches. The FMS-140P with 14" side shift makes mowing tall grass or brush easy. The side shift allows for mowing near fence lines, in orchards between trees, and close to other obstructions. Heavy-duty hammer cutters chop through woody materials and swing out of the way if you accidently hit a rock or other hard debris. The hammers also provide mulching action, helping to break up tall material. Heavy steel construction provides rigidity and durability at a great price point. FMS series mowers have a single-sided drive system (belt transmission) protected by steel covers. The FMS-140P is also equipped with adjustable skids to control the cutting height.
